周海峰，女，1987年生于山东青岛。2014年毕业于华南理工大学，获工学博士学位，2012-2014年美国威斯康星大学及美国农业部林产品实验室联合培养。2014年至今在山东科技大学低碳能源化工实验室工作。
主要从事生物质资源利用技术的基础研究工作。近年来作为骨干成员参加了国家自然科学基金、国家973课题、国际合作项目、企业委托项目等在内的多项纵横向项目。目前作为项目负责人正承担国家自然科学基金1项，山东科技大学人才引进项目1项。申请发明专利3项；发表学术论文21篇，其中SCI收录论文16篇，第一作者SCI论文12篇。曾获中国技术市场协会三农科技服务金桥奖、中国商业联合会科学进步奖-全国商业科技进步奖一等奖、华南理工大学优秀博士学位论文创新基金二等奖等多项奖励。主要研究领域包括：碱木质素及木质素磺酸盐的酶法改性及应用、亚硫酸盐法预处理促进高产量乙醇生产及木质素副产物的利用、不同预处理方法同步生产纳米纤维素及糠醛、生物质热解气化技术等。
